Staff (Noemi): Hi, everyone. My name is Noemi, and I’ve been a part of Dr. Leung’s office for almost 5 years now. One of the most exciting changes we’ve made recently is introducing virtual assistants into our practice. These virtual assistants help us handle day-to-day tasks like managing appointments, following up with patients, organizing communication, and keeping everything running seamlessly behind the scenes. One of the biggest ways The way that we get our assistants, virtual assistants, have helped me is by taking care of the behind-the-scenes tasks that keep our office running smoothly. For example, Lester, one of our virtual team members, handles all of our insurance verifications, to make sure everything is accurate and ready before patients arrive, which saves every one time and keeps our schedule on track and ready to go. By having a virtual assistants handle tests like these, I’m able to dedicate my time to the bigger things, building real connections with our patients, guiding them through treatment planning, helping them understand their options, and making sure they feel cared for every step of the way. It’s amazing to see how innovation like this can make such a positive difference, not only for our workflow, but also for our patient satisfaction.
