Our Virtual Assistants (VAs) perform non-clinical tasks only. We do not provide medical advice, clinical diagnosis, or dental treatment.

2. No Doctor-Patient Relationship

The content on this website is for informational purposes. Using this site or communicating with Remote Dental LLC does not create a doctor-patient relationship. All clinical decisions remain the sole responsibility of the licensed dental practitioner.

3. Use of Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from:

• Attempting to interfere with the website’s security or functionality.
• Using any automated system (bots, scrapers) to harvest data.
• Reproducing or distributing our proprietary content without written consent.

4. Client Responsibility

Practices hiring our VAs are responsible for providing the necessary software access and internal protocols. While our VAs are HIPAA-trained, the hiring practice maintains ultimate responsibility for its own HIPAA compliance and patient data oversight.

5. Limitation of Liability

Remote Dental LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the administrative services provided by our VAs.
